Revision Policy
We believe in getting things right. If our work does not meet your requirements or contains errors from our production team, you are entitled to revisions:
- Unlimited Free Revisions are provided for each project until you are 100% satisfied
- Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery
- Revision requests should clearly specify the issues or changes needed
- We will work diligently to address all concerns raised during the revision process
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be requested under the following conditions:
- You have made at least three (3) revision attempts and remain unsatisfied
- You remain unsatisfied with the final output after all revisions
- The issue is due to an error on our part or failure to meet your specified requirements
- A valid and documented reason must be provided for the refund request
Non-Refundable Conditions
Please note that refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:
- Approved Samples: If you have approved a sample/preview and the final delivered work matches the approved sample in quality and style, no refund will be provided
- No Valid Reason: Refund requests without a legitimate, documented reason will not be processed
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind about the project
- Third-Party Issues: Problems caused by third-party services or client-side technical issues
- Completed & Accepted Work: Work that has been marked as complete and accepted by the client
