Layer Edits provides professional image editing services including but not limited to:

All editing is performed manually by our team of 75+ expert Photoshop editors. We do not use AI-based automated tools for any client work.

Order Process

Our order process works as follows:

Submit Your Images

Upload your images via our portal, email, Dropbox, Google Drive, or FTP.

Receive a Quote

We review your images and provide a custom quote within 1 hour based on complexity.

We Edit Your Images

Once you approve the quote, our experts hand-edit each image with pixel-perfect precision.

Delivery & Payment

Receive your edited images and complete payment within 3-5 business days.

Pricing & Payment

  • Custom Pricing: Prices are determined based on image complexity after reviewing your files. Starting prices begin at $0.19/image
  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank wire transfers
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due within 3-5 business days of invoice delivery
  • Bulk Discounts: Orders of 500+ images qualify for 10-20% volume discounts
  • Free Trial: We offer 2 free trial images for new clients to evaluate our quality before committing

All prices are quoted in USD. Prices may vary based on image complexity, turnaround time, and specific requirements.

Turnaround Time & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 24 hours for most orders
  • Rush Delivery: 6-hour rush service available for urgent orders (additional charges may apply)
  • Large Orders: Turnaround time for bulk orders will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins
  • Delivery Method: Edited files are delivered via the same channel used for submission or as mutually agreed

Revisions & Quality Guarantee

Our Commitment

Unlimited Revisions

We will keep revising until you are 100% satisfied with the results.

  • We maintain a 99% client satisfaction rate and 99.9% first-time approval rate
  • Revision requests should clearly describe the changes needed
  • Revisions that fall within the original scope of work are free of charge
  • Requests for work outside the original scope may incur additional charges after mutual agreement

Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Your Images: You retain full ownership and copyright of all images you submit to us
  • Edited Files: Upon full payment, all rights to the edited files transfer to you
  • No Unauthorized Use: We will never use, sell, share, or display your images without your explicit written consent
  • Portfolio Use: We may request permission to use select images in our portfolio or marketing materials. You have the right to decline
  • Your Responsibility: You confirm that you have the right to submit images for editing and that they do not infringe on any third-party rights

File Storage & Security

  • Retention Period: We retain your original and edited files for 30 days after delivery for revision purposes
  • Secure Storage: All files are stored on secure, encrypted servers during the retention period
  • Automatic Deletion: After 30 days, all files are permanently deleted from our systems
  • Backup Responsibility: We recommend downloading your edited files promptly. We are not responsible for file recovery after the retention period

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide clear and specific instructions for each order
  • Submit images in a usable format and sufficient resolution
  • Respond to clarification requests in a timely manner
  • Review delivered work and request revisions within a reasonable timeframe
  • Complete payment within the agreed 3-5 business day payment terms

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Work Begins: You may cancel your order at no charge if work has not yet started
  • Work in Progress: If editing has already begun, charges will apply for work completed up to the point of cancellation
  • Completed Orders: Completed and delivered orders cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for refund eligibility

Limitation of Liability

  • Layer Edits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question
  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • We are not responsible for how edited images are used after delivery

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
